Carpe eDatum, UT Galveston partner in telemedicine venture

Carpe eDatum and the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, TX, have negotiated a telemedicine partnership. The deal provides both parties with the capability to provide end-to-end telemedicine solutions to current and new clients. The Austin, TX-based vendor will bring hardware, installation, and support to the deal, and will install Croatian PACS firm Vamstec’s clinical image management software. The university will provide the medical consultation component.
