Carpe eDatum Expands Products and
Extends Reach
After
just barely three months since Austin based Carpe eDatum, Inc. signed a
long-term exclusive agreement for distribution of Vamstec products in North
America, the company announced it is making significant strides.
Gary Mermelstein, founder of Carpe eDatum says: “The company strategy
calls for expanding the breadth of product offering in addition to extending our
reach as rapidly as possible.” Expanding
and extending is exactly what Carpe eDatum is doing.
Recently,
Carpe added Orex, Computed Radiography and Voxar, Plug n View 3D medical imaging
to its product mix. Vamstec’s
Clinical Image Management System (CIMS) remains the flagship product,
complimented by the new product additions.
With
desired products in hand, Carpe eDatum is making an aggressive push to extend
its distribution channel with distributors, dealers, resellers and technical
personnel throughout North America. Mermelstein
said, “We intend to make our products and installations extremely profitable
to our distribution partners.” “We
want the best.” “Good products
and fair compensation is key to attracting talent.”
Carpe
eDatum is using various methods to inform prospective distributors of its sales
opportunities, including direct response advertising, Aunt Minnie.com classified
employment ads and private meetings during this month’s Radiological Society
of North America (RSNA) meeting in Chicago.
So far, the campaign to extend reach has been extremely successful.
Carpe
eDatum, Inc., is an Austin, TX based company that markets and integrates
